Future Plans

Focus on certain major projects

Riding on our track record, experience and relevant certifications, we would be able to undertake certain large-scale projects. Hence we are intending to focus on securing projects of

industrial wastewater treatment projects of at least RMB30.0 million in value and;
municipal water and wastewater treatment projects with a treatment capacity of at least 100,000 tonnes per day.

We also have the intention to securing projects with greater technical complexity such as industrial wastewater treatment projects for the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. Securing major projects in areas facing serious water pollution or shortage problems is also our focus.

Widen our range of innovative and cost-effective solutions

We will continue to place strong emphasis on our R&D efforts in order to widen our range of innovative and cost-effective solutions to our customers.

Particularly, we intend to research on ways to enhance the existing technology for treatment of wastewater in the various industries. We would also focus on researching on treating wastewater for towns and villages which require different technology from the treatment of municipal wastewater. In order to do so, we would expand our R&D team and also increase and improve our R&D facilities and equipment.

Expand sales and marketing network and increase market share

While we already have an extensive sales and marketing network in the PRC, we believe that this is a key success factor for us. Hence we intend to strengthen our existing sales and marketing network further and establish new sales offices in regions where we expect would have more upcoming water treatment projects. These include but are not limited to Shaanxi, Anhui, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guangdong and Fujian.

We believe with an enhanced sales and marketing network, we will be able to gain market information faster and expand our market share further.

Explore opportunities in strategic investments or alliances and acquisitions

Subject to commercial viability and where opportunities arise, we may enter into strategic investments or alliances and/or acquire business in related fields, in order to improve our technological capabilities and expand our business.
