Equipped with the technical know-how and requisite qualifications in their relevant areas of expertise, our R&D team and engineering team work closely with customers to develop customised, cost-effective and practical solutions, addressing the technical issues specific to different industries and regions in meeting stringent wastewater discharge standards. Our focused and practical approaches in R&D have enabled us to successfully develop proprietary technologies with proven commercial applications and economic returns. This has also led to our participation in setting industry standards for wastewater treatment in many industries.
Through our efforts in R&D, we believe we are well-positioned to increase our market share and widen our customer base by continuously providing our customers with innovative technology and wastewater treatment systems.
Proven track record
Our management has been engaged in the conduct of businesses in the water and wastewater treatment industry in the PRC for more than 10 years since 1993. During this period, we have successfully completed numerous projects in the PRC and achieved numerous record milestones in completing projects of varying scale and across different industries including pharmaceutical and petrochemical which have high barriers of entry. Many of the projects we have undertaken are large-scale and complex projects involving:
industrial wastewater treatment capacity of over 50,000 tonnes per day
municipal wastewater treatment capacity of over 300,000 tonnes per day
wastewater treatment projects in the coking industry; and
municipal water supply of 440,000 tonnes per day
Over the years, our capabilities are affirmed by the numerous prestigious awards and accolades conferred to us. Some of these awards include "Outstanding New Technology Enterprise", which we won in 2002, 2003 and 2004, and the "2005 State Focus Environmental Protection Application Technology Demonstration Project." We believe this success lies in our ability to provide cost-effective solutions and quality service to our customers, and we are committed to strengthen our track record, going forward.
One-Stop Customized Solutions Provider
Given our track record in the PRC, we are much more familiar with the requirements of PRC water and wastewater quality standards for various industries and municipals as compared to foreign-based companies. In addition, we have been able to develop proprietary technologies with proven commercial applications, customising them into cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
Our strong project management capabilities have also enabled us to respond to our customers in a timely and effective fashion. We believe with such a capability, we would have a strong competitive edge.
Extensive Sales & Marketing Network
Our extensive sales and marketing network has contributed to our wide customer base and have enabled us to raise our market profile and increase awareness of our services among potential customers.
As at 15 August 2006, we have a team of 28 sales and marketing personnel, making up the extensive network across 10 locations in Northeast China, North China, East China, Central China, Northwest China and Southwest China, covering most of the major provinces and cities in the PRC.
Experienced & Capable Management Team
Led by our founder and Non-executive Chairman, Wen Yibo, who has more than 15 years of experience in the environmental protection industry, we have a qualified and experienced management team with strong technical capabilities and expertise in our industry.
Working alongside with Mr Wen is our CEO, Wang Zhili, who has more than 10 years of management experience. Many of our Executive Directors and senior management also have accumulated vast experience in this industry and have relevant technical expertise and qualifications.
